Meet the lovely Pickle!
Pickle is a beautiful chocolate and tan miniature Dachshund who is a little more reserved than some of our other Dachshunds. She can be shy when meeting new people, but once she gets to know you, her lovely personality begins to shine through. Pickle would love a quieter home where she can settle at her own pace and build her confidence. We feel she would benefit from living with a steady, calm male dog who could show her the ropes and help her feel more secure in her new surroundings. She is still learning how to play and discover all the fun that life has to offer, so she will need a patient and understanding family who will give her the time and encouragement she needs to blossom. Pickle is also still working on her housetraining, so her new family should be prepared for a few accidents while she learns. With kindness, consistency and a reassuring environment, we hope to see this sweet girl grow in confidence and become a happy, settled little companion. If you have a calm home, a kind heart and perhaps a lovely gentleman dog who could help Pickle find her feet, this little girl could be just the one for you. Pickle is microchipped, neutered and up to date with her flea and worm treatments, and she comes with full rescue back-up.
All dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flead and microchipped.
Please fill in an Adoption Application if you feel you are able to offer this dog their perfect home!
If you are in rented accommodation you must have a letter stating permission to have a dog at the property. This must be ready before applying for a dog you would like.
Please DO NOT apply by phone. When you put in an application form you will get an automated email to let you know we have received it (check your junk folder too). We will contact you if your application is being considered. Our volunteers do not have time to answer every email and phone call.
